Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "41jili" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at 41jili.cam, including all services, games, and features offered therein.
• "Platform" means the 41jili website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated interfaces through which gaming services are delivered.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who registers an account or accesses the 41jili Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the 41jili Platform.
• "Wallet" means the in-platform balance held by a Player, denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱).

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified per promotion.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 41jili Platform, registering an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and 41jili.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 41jili Platform regardless of the device used, the type of game accessed, or the payment method employed. Use of the Platform signifies ongoing acceptance of the current version of these terms.

If you access the 41jili Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that third party to these terms, and you accept personal liability for any breach.

Eligibility

• Be a natural person (not a corporate entity) and be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable Philippine law;

• Not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of 41jili or any of its game providers, payment processors, or affiliated companies;
• Not be registered on any national or regional self-exclusion list relevant to gambling in the Philippines;
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and at all times thereafter.

41jili reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of Account access and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Registration and KYC Verification

4.1 Registration

To access real-money games on 41jili, you must complete the account registration process by providing your registered Philippine mobile number, a valid email address where applicable, a password of sufficient complexity, and any additional information required during the registration flow.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the 41jili Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — will be merged or closed. Any winnings or bonuses accumulated through duplicate accounts may be voided at 41jili's discretion.

4.2 KYC Verification

41jili is required to verify the identity and age of all registered Players prior to processing withdrawals and, in some cases, prior to granting full access to real-money gaming. The KYC process requires submission of:

• A valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS ID, or PRC card);

Account Security

You agree to:

• Use a unique password for your 41jili Account not shared with any other platform or service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;

• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

41jili shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to adequately protect your login credentials, unless the breach is attributable to a failure in 41jili's own security systems.

Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits to your 41jili Wallet are accepted via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank, all denominated in Philippine Pesos. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit screen and are subject to change. Deposits are credited to your Wallet promptly upon confirmed receipt and are generally reflected within 30 seconds for GCash and PayMaya transactions.

41jili does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name and verified through KYC. Deposits made from unverified or third-party payment methods may be refused and returned.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed only to verified payment methods matching those used for deposit. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Any active Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before the associated balance becomes eligible for withdrawal;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified at the time of request;

6.3 Currency

All transactions on 41jili are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). No foreign currency conversion is applied by 41jili, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges for international transactions.

Bonuses and Promotions

41jili offers various promotional bonuses to registered Players, including welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only and are subject to account verification;
• Each bonus carries a specified wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus balance (or any winnings derived from it) may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated bonus validity period; expired bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically;

Game Rules and Fair Play

Each game offered on the 41jili Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall apply to that game.

All random number generator (RNG)-based games on 41jili use independently certified RNG systems. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are disclosed for each game. Live dealer games are streamed from professional studios and conducted by trained dealers; results are determined in real time and are final once the round is declared closed.

In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or software malfunction during a game session:

• 41jili will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its state prior to the malfunction;
• Where restoration is not possible, the affected stake may be refunded to the Player's Wallet at 41jili's discretion;
• Winnings generated through software errors or display glitches that do not reflect the actual game result are not valid and will not be honoured.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 41jili Platform. 41jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account found to engage in prohibited conduct, and to void any associated winnings:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with 41jili;
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising the origin of those funds;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live dealer games;
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place wagers or interact with the Platform;
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through low-risk wagering strategies, arbitrage, or multi-accounting;
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment reversals or chargebacks against deposits made to the Platform;
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing anomalies to generate winnings that exceed what would be reasonably expected under normal game conditions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 41jili Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game graphics, interface design, text, promotional materials, and software, is the intellectual property of 41jili or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 41jili.

Responsible Gaming

41jili is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should not be viewed as a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses.

Account Suspension and Closure

12.1 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 41jili's live chat support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) will be refunded to your registered payment method subject to standard processing times and KYC requirements.

12.2 Suspension or Closure by 41jili

41jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• A Player has provided false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Suspicious activity or potential money laundering is identified;
• A Player is found to be under 21 years of age;
• 41jili is required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory instruction.

Where an Account is closed by 41jili due to breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation and may be permanently forfeited where the breach involves fraud, prohibited conduct, or misrepresentation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 41jili, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of opportunity, or financial loss exceeding the amount of your verified Account balance at the time of the relevant event.

41jili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malicious software. While 41jili takes reasonable precautions to ensure Platform security and availability, planned and unplanned maintenance windows may temporarily affect access.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy and Data

The collection, storage, and use of your personal information by 41jili is governed by the 41jili Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and the Platform. By using 41jili, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

41jili processes personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and any implementing rules issued by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. Amendments to These Terms

41jili reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to applicable PAGCOR regulations, the Data Privacy Act, the Consumer Act, and other relevant Philippine statutes.

In the event of a dispute between you and 41jili arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through 41jili's customer support channels. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines.
